Hello there!

I'm Naomi, a Mexican-Japanese-American designer and illustrator from the Los Angeles area. Born in the City of Covina but raised in Walnut and Pasadena, I enjoy the different environments. I’m passionate about exploration and taking opportunities to challenge what I can do with design. I love to create work driven by storytelling, whether it’s personal or figures who inspire me. As a former athlete and dance enthusiast, I’m influenced by the movement and flow that the human body creates. Whenever I'm not drawing, I'll catch a few waves at Bolsa Chica, run a few miles, bike ride, go hiking, or turn the volume up to funky music and dance like no one's watching.
